Ctenanthe Setosa is grown for a tropical foliage effect, the large leaves are silvery green, with green veins and deep purple/red undersides. Excellent as an indoor plant or as a foliage contrast in a Tropical garden.
- Protect from winds and maintain soil moisture as leaves will fold in when under stress and may suffer leaf burn.
- Prefers well drained, rich soil and warm temperatures.
- Prune to remove old leaves and stems
- Apply a slow release fertiliser in Spring.
