For prompt delivery please ensure all orders are placed before Thursday afternoon for next week delivery. By purchasing from Senseme Sydney you acknowledge that orders may be held back or delayed (for following Monday), to ensure you receive your purchase in the best condition possible.

All stock will be shown exclusively on www.senseme.com.au. Some items may be available in limited quantities and once stocks are unavailable, we will update to show 'out of stock'. Senseme Sydney does its best to provide accurate information on the plants stocked on this site however we hold no responsibility if this information is incorrect or outdated.
Senseme Sydney reserves the right to constantly change plant stock availability and prices can be updated at anytime without any notice.

The photos, images and content used on this site are the property of Senseme Sydney. They are not to be reproduced or used by any other entity unless written permission has been provided. Senseme Sydney does its best to provide accurate images of the plants you are purchasing, however climatic changes and natural variation may change the appearance of the plant. No two plants are the same! In some cases we may show images of mature plants where only juvenile plants are available to purchase. Please read through the product description and/or notes as it will be stated which you are purchasing. The images provided on this site are to be used as a guide only.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Senseme Sydney reserves the right to update or amend pricing and costs at any time without any notice.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Payment will need to be finalised before purchased goods can be shipped or pickup.

DELIVERY
We currently operate in Sydney only for all our plants, fresh flowers and pots. Preserved flowers and other items can be shipped Australia-wide.
Senseme Sydney will do it's best to meet customers delivery needs, however we cannot guarantee delivery times. Buy purchasing from Senseme Sydney you acknowledge that requests after purchase to deliver items on specific days or times may not be met.
Senseme Sydney will not take responsibility for third parties that do not follow customer delivery instructions. Our delivery hours are between 10am and 6pm for business and residential addresses Monday - Friday. Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
If no one is available to receive the order you must specify a safe place for the delivery to be left. In the event that redelivery is necessary you will be charged a $20 fee.
RETURNS /REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Please view the policy found under ‘Shipping and Returns’. Senseme Sydney cannot take any responsibility for items that have left our care. It is up to the person purchasing the plant/item to understand the care involved for the specific items they are purchasing to ensure survival for the plant/item they have purchased. Senseme Sydney cannot offer refunds or exchanges on plants/items that have become damaged or deceased in the care of the buyer.
Senseme Sydney will not take responsibility if incorrect delivery details are supplied. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the correct contact and delivery details are supplied. If you need to change your delivery details please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change them before delivery.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Customers should be aware that most houseplants are toxic to animals and humans. Senseme Sydney will not be held responsible for any illness or injury caused from interaction with a plant. Please research prior to purchasing.
